A message to China As of now, 130Cr Indians can do this much to give a message to China “Wallet Se”. Lacs of people died due to “China Virus”, Crores of people lost jobs, the economy of World is at danger but China is unaffected- not a single case in Beijing & Sanghai, so busy in acquiring Chinavirus affected weak companies and grabbing land of neighbour countries. Time has come, nothing better than give them back economically. Its easy, takes some minutes only.. Do it as obituary for the dead people killed by China spreading the virus.

My Comment:

Sounds very patriotic but let’s play this forward a bit. These are all free apps. China has probably received negligible revenues from India for these apps. When Indians remove these China apps, China will spend less money on hosting charges for these apps and for making them performant. The money saved from there is money diverted to its military. Ergo by removing these China apps, we’re indirectly improving China’s attack capability against India. China might actually laugh at this message and may even surreptitiously promote this app. High time we stopped thinking with our heart and started thinking with our head.

Indians never pay for apps, China apps is no exception. By installing these China apps, how many billions of dollars or rupees has India given to China? So how has China profited by use of China apps by Indians? How will removing China apps help?

OTOH, suppose more Indians install China apps, for which they pay nothing. Then China company will have to spend more money to scale its app to support more users and in hosting charges. Ergo its profit will reduce or loss will increase. Ergo its tax contribution to state coffers will reduce or the money it sucks away from investors will increase. Either way, there will be less money left for military. Ergo China’s attack capability will diminish. Which is good for India.

I know this involves extra thinking and analysis, which have never been India’s core competence. But that needs to change. We need to learn to put head over heart. I’ve long held that we’ve gotten beaten by foreign forces time and again in the past because we always put heart above head. If we don’t want a repeat of the same fate as in the past, it’s high time we changed.

When Indians remove China apps, they think they’re doing a very patriotic job. But they fail to realize that, when they delete an app for which they don’t pay a dime, it actually benefits the Chinese military. I strongly suspected that this app was promoted by China to deceive gullible Indians by the millions. I guess that’s what has happened: Google just removed this app from Play Store for Deceptive Behavior.
