If you paid with credit card, you can ask your card issuer bank to reverse the transaction. All Visa / MasterCard credit cards support “chargeback on account of deficiency of product / service”. If I’m not mistaken, a similar “buyer protection” facility is also supported on Visa / MasterCard debit card and PayPal, and maybe also RuPay credit card and debit card.
