AFAIK, “Dropshipment”, as this business practice is called, is not permissible according to prevailing Indian company, tax and forex regulations.
But you might want to take expert advice on the permissibility or otherwise of the following two variants of this transaction:
- Its proceeds can be received into a personal savings account OR
- It’s deferred by a few months in future – since some of these laws tend to change over time.
