How do I pick the right credit card to curb expenses while travelling?*
In principle, people use credit card to make expenses, not curb expenses. Also, in general, travel is a time when people incur more expenses, not curb expenses.
That said, if you’re looking for a credit card that gives you more bang for your travel expense buck, that’s a valid ask.
You can pick such a credit card by comparing various credit card options by their rewards and / or cashbacks specifically for travel-related expenses.
During this comparison, you will likely come across some credit cards that offer travel insurance, hotel concierge service, airport lounge visits, and other travel-related benefits. While they don’t curb expense, they could be incredibly valuable during travel. I leave it to you to decide how much weightage you want to give to those benefits.
