Contrary to popular misconception, as you can see from the STRIPE article referenced in my following tweet, a credit card or debit card payment can succeed even if you enter a wrong CVV (or no CVV).

This is true for both one-off payments and reccurring payments made with credit card and debit card.
So, if your payment has gone through, I don’t see how Netflix will be on the hook for returning your money, even if you made the payment by mistake.
OTOH, you can try filing a refund claim with your credit card issuer bank and see whether the bank returns your money or not. (That’s independent of whether the bank collects the money back from Netflix or not.)
