Back in the day, it was possible to contact Ola Support via telephone.
That’s not possible now.
That’s a shame, really. At one point, Ola had one of the best Telephone Support / Call Center CSR teams of any brand in India.

Nowadays, telephone support is restricted to issues where Ola deems it is required. I’ve once seen a “Telephone Ola Support” hyperlink on a Ola Outstation help screen.
My go-to channel for contacting Ola Support – or any other brand, for that matter – is social media, specifically Twitter. More at Why Social Media Has Become My First Port Of Call For Customer Service.
It’s also possible to contact Ola Support In-App and via Email.
On one instance, there was a disconnect between me and the driver regarding how Ola Rental worked. I wanted to get a clarification from Ola Support immediately. I did that using the driver’s phone. That was a year or two ago and I’m not sure if it’s still possible for Drivers to contact Ola Support via phone.
