They blamed me for not putting previously delivered books for pickup. However, due to some website problem at their end, those books showed up under the "Soon to be delivered" category, which prevented me from putting them for pickup. So, in short, I was getting penalized for their fault. <br><br>Logging a complaint via their FEEDBACK form was a waste of time since they never bother to reply after sending out a dumb autoresponder message. <br><br>Anyway, long story short, I've given up on <a href="http://Librarywala.com" rel="nofollow">Librarywala.com</a> and written off my registration fees. While that issue got resolved after some follow up by me, I faced several problems with Librarywala.com subsequently.
