The last couple of months, I’ve been blogging about Web 2.0 applications and their power to raise the bar on customer communications and to generate explosive growths in innovative business models like person-to-person lending, group action, and so on. I downloaded and installed the Web 2.0 toolbar. It’s very useful. However, I’m finding that news items are not getting updated for days on end. I don’t know what is the problem.
